Joe Madden is the founder of Resonance Mental Performance; a sport and performance psychology practice that helps individuals reach their highest potential by guiding them towards the transformative state of resonance. With a deep understanding of both the mental and physical aspects of performance, Joe blends his background in sport psychology, performance psychology, resilience training, kiniesiology, and coaching to assist athletes, tactical populations, busniess people, and individuals in improving their performance, resilience, and well-being.

As a Master Resilience Trainer-Performance Expert with the U.S. Army and a Mental Performance Coach at Manthey Momentum in Ferndale, WA, Joe has honed his skills in teaching vital mental skills to optimize cognitive abilities, transform stress, boost confidnece, improve focus and maintain motivation. His passion for sport psychology grew from his own experience as a college athlete recovering from a serious knee injury, leading him to pursue a degree in Kiniesiology and Sport Psychology at Western Washington University and then a Masters degree in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology at Pacific Lutheran University.

At Resonance Mental Performance, Joe focuses on helping clients reach a state of resonance—a state where brain is operating at higher levels, where brain waves and neurons synchronize and amplify, leading to improved cognitive abilities, more resilience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Whether working with athletes, the tactical population, buisness professionals, or weekend warriors Joe equips clients with the mental tools necessary for success in competition and life. His work has a long-term focus, aiming to impact both athletic/professional careers and personal growth, ensuring a lasting transformation that extends beyond performance alone.
